If you are in need of a passport note that you must apply and secure one well in advance of your tour. Important information from your official passport (proper name spelling, date of birth, expiration date) will be required many months in advance of departure in order for AFW to complete your reservations.

Baggage/Luggage/Equipment
Well before departure refer to your airline’s website for up-to- date allowances. Normally all AFW travelers are allotted one checked piece of luggage, a carry- on bag and a personal item free of charge. Athletes normally utilize a permissible size sport bag to carry all of their football gear and some clothing separated by plastic bags. Most will also bring a small roller for other personal items and potentially a small backpack. Note, make certain that medication, contact lenses and other needed personal items are in your carry-on items. Also, you must be in compliance with TSA packing guidelines including those for carry- on liquids.
