The American Football Worldwide Education Foundation, an approved 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization exists for the sole purpose of gathering and providing funds to assist student-athletes from the United States participate in rare and special international amateur athletic competitions and events.  The primary focus is on fostering cross-cultural activities involving the sport of American football.  The AFW Education Foundation will coordinate with sports federations and other organizations in foreign countries dedicated to developing youth in sports through clinic instruction, camps and friendly games.  Participating student-athletes gain the tremendously valuable education and self-growth benefits international travel uniquely provides.

Due to federal regulations, AFWEF maintains ultimate discretion as to distribution of donated funds.  However, donors can express a donation beneficiary.  Note, an immediate family member cannot directly donate to benefit another immediate family member who is traveling.
